MSC Splendida: The christening in Barcelona on 12th July 2009
In Barcelona on 12th July 2009, MSC Splendida was born – the world's most beautiful ship had gained a most beautiful sister. To celebrate this special event music was provided by Maestro José Carreras in the presence of Italian icon Sophia Loren, Godmother to all the ships of MSC Cruises.
